Hi, I’m Sabine Yang-Schmidt — a strategic consultant and cultural designer working at the intersection of Europe–China–Africa relations. I combine geopolitical foresight with creative and civic practice to help organizations and communities navigate complexity, foster dialogue, and broaden their horizons.
Approach
My approach is adapted to my target. I am passionate about providing strategic consulting with structured, analytical thinking to navigate complex international challenges. At the same time, my work includes creative practice, where I allow space for intuition, exploration, and cultural expression through design and music. While these modes differ, both rely on a deep curiosity for cultural contexts and communication that shape how we understand and engage with the world.

And some ideas just need to be scribbled down, because not pursuing them, not shaping them into something publishable, would feel like silencing something that insists on being heard, something too important to keep to oneself.
